Health care for the priveledged

I don't eat very much but at the same time I noticed that I have gained a chunk of weight. Like 10 lbs in only a few days. Also noticed a feeling of being bloated, sometimes to the point where I can't get a full breath of air. One of the first things I am going to do when I get to Poland is go see a doctor. I will get a full check up and not have to worry about how I'm going to pay for it. Healthcare for the priveledged and employed here in the states, a dangerous system in which many lives are lost because the mighty dollar stands in the doorway of health clinics. Many Americans simply don't visit doctors and the doctors they see are in the emergency room trying to save their life from a desease that could have been detected early. It's a disgrace and a shame, and I am leaving it behind.

Change is coming

Change will come no matter what. How we react and adapt to change in our lives plays an important role in the enjoyment and quality of living. With that said, I'm pretty sure that I will be moving back to Europe before the snow melts over there. The month of february will be the last chance to see Variat Productions in the United States before I move shop to Poland. I will continue throwing pixels at walls and screens in Kazimierz Dolny, Warsaw and wherever else it takes me. Poland has many established VJ's and visual arts are quite popular. I am going to see what they do and how they differ from what i've seen here. With a bigger visuals scene it may even be a little competitive, which is a nice incentive for progress.
The San Francisco Bay Area will always be my home, and my friends here will always be my family. My friends took me to the Bordello in 2008. I morphed into a semi-robotic lifeform that absorbed EDM at 140bps. I moved to this new chilled beat easily and naturally. Anu Club on sixth street was where I spent almost every thursday from the first Ritual SF in 2009 till haloween 2010. Some of the best performances I ever saw were at Ritual SF. The summer festie season deserves a mention. I love getting out of the city for outdoor music. And now it's the last chance to get a piece of me, so hit me up. I plan on returning for a couple of weeks at the end of summer to dance on a wind swepped lakebed which is also a favorite place of mine.
