Filth of July

Scooped up Taoma and Matt, packed up the car and drove up to Avery Ranch camp 9 for the weekend. Many of our bay area "step-children" were there and there was lotsa good whompy dubstep. We drove half way up the wrong mountain and kept stopping to listen for dubstep but didn't hear any. We drove back down the hill and found the campground and it turns out they were having generator issues so there was no dubstep playing at the time. The weekend was awesome, got lots of dancing in. Vishnu visited that night and so did Shakti. The most powerful was Shiva whom gave me lots of heart chakra energy. I was lost in a mystical colorful world of energy and constantly moving bright lights all inside the tent. The event was a gathering of our tribe and we connected to the energy of the goddess. We also had a great feast because food was included as part of the $20 ticket. Unfortunately one of my friends got arrested on the way to the show. I helped pitch in part of the $2000 that was raised to bail him out. Not sure where he is now, i'm afraid he might still be in jail because of the holiday weekend.
